DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and monitoring of fabrication sequencing as per codes and standards during Fabrication work is performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, Specification and correct materials of PROCESS PIPING/PIPELINE

• Attending daily meeting. (Production and safety)

• Implement the permit to work system.

• Responsible for Conducting Daily Tool Box Talk and providing Safety awareness to the Crew

• Members.

• Daily Progress Report follows up.

• Prepare the one week look ahead schedule that needs to be submitted to the Planning Department for review and inputs to draw up the final execution plan for the piping department

• Proper arrangement of equipment and manpower based on the site without delaying Of production daily bases

• Performing construction and scrapping activities.

• Supervise the team for timely and accurate work execution. Ensure that all the work activities in

Safe condition and get completed as per the quality norms and as per project specifications.

• Participating and preparing of task risk assessment for the given job to categorize and measure

The precaution for the task carries out job safely and without LTI.

• Responsible for establishing, promote and maintaining a safe and hazard free working Environment Formulates and develops safety policies and procedures with the help of the HSE Department

• Maintaining proper housekeeping of the work location.

• Ensure that all the fabrication/welding/erection related records such as bill of materials, weld Cards, consumables etc., are properly archived, and cooperate with safety and QA/QC inspectors by performing as per their recommendations.

• Responsible for the planning and executing Hydro-testing of piping, after closing the NCR’s and

• Punch list clearance from the client.

• Resolving technical queries to co-ordination with the client for site modifications and getting

• Approval as per the Standards and revised drawings also.

• Have knowledge in interpret drawings (P&ID’s, General Arrangement Drawings, Isometric etc.,)

• Preparing piping, valve, fittings data sheets, specifications and MTO from piping general Arrangement drawings

• Ability to make As-Built drawings and maintain all the revised documents / Close coordination With QA/QC dept. for all concern Inspection and documentation.

• Work profile is to scheduling the work, tracking the material requirement for the same, Fabrication and erecting of pipe lines, contractor line up and final payment, coordinate with the Consultant

• Co-ordinate with the contractor for the fabrication and erection of the spools of the concern Pipelines

• Checking of availability of materials for individual lines with the Bill of Material and marking the Availability in it.

• Monitoring and tracking of the tools and tackle used for the construction work.

• To organize monthly program for achieving the target.

• Monitoring the Daily Labor Report of the contractor. Close coordination with QA/QC dept. for all Concern Inspection and documentation.

• To updating the daily progress report.
