Preparation of critical line list based on stress analysis design basis

Segregate & Prepare the stress systems from the P&ID .

Collect all inout parameters & Distribute to team members for stress analysis

Review the final stress systems and submit final document to client.

Exposure to ASME codes & API Standards.

Preparation of Hanger Schedule based on stress analysis report.

Calculating allowable Force & moments for Nozzle

Perform Static Analysis of Critical Piping System connected to Columns, Pressure Vessels Heat Exchangers.

Stress Analysis of Storage Tank as per API 650.

Critical Lines Connected to Fin Fan Coolers (As per API 661)

Compressor Lines as per NEMA SM23 Check.

Static Analysis of Lines subjected to Slug Flow

Flange Leakage Calculation (ASME Section III paragraph NC 3658.3)

Trunnion Failure Check (Kellogg’s Method)

Determining loop sizes and loop location for Process lines, Service Corridors, flare, HP, MP and LP steam lines running on Racks/Sleepers.

Civil loading for entire pipe rack and other process structures.

Analysed in Onsite, Towing & Blast method in offshore projects.

Reviewing of vendor documents like spring hangers, Rigid strut, Friction pad, Vibration hold down supports and other piping supports.
