Job Resposibilities :

Responsible to supervise trade workers and shop foreman and its activities

Responsible to ensure that fabrication activities are executed according to client specifications and as defined by contractor Saipem International standards and aramco standards and construction practices.

Approved work permit receiver from contractor Saipem Snamprogetti Saudi Arabia Ltd.

Responsible for the work permit system and coordinating with HSE department to ensure the safety of man power.

Responsible to supervise project delivery, times, materials and fabrication costs, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.

Perform pre-fabrication workshop activities related to the employment of associated machinery.

Perform daily, weekly and monthly reports for fabrication workshop activities.

Co-ordinate and interface between pre-fabrication, fabrication, hydro testing and erection activities.

Collect and analyze the technical drawing specifications issued by the client for prefabrication activities.

Analyze spool material issuing vouchers and blueprints to determine the need for supplies and sequence of operations required for the various types of fabrications.

Conduct meetings and coordinate technical training programs from contractor for workers relevant to fabrication standard procedures and the operation of equipment.

Co-ordinate with contractors, PMT involved in the assembly stages, and ensure compliance reaching time goals with safety procedures and quality standards .
