April 2014 – Present Federation International d’Escrime (FIE) Expert (part time) – Asia, Europe, Africa, Central America Development of National Sport Structure and training for Coaches supported by Olympic Solidarity in developing countries such as Myanmar, Sierra Leone, and Guatemala. The FIE International Training Camp in Leipzig (Germany) and Wuxi (China). January 2012 – Present Salle Stepien Corporation – Chicago, IL, USA (full time) President/Founder of organization dedicated to organizing and managing the youth intramural sports program in Glencoe Park District, and Lemont Recreation Departments. March 2007 – August 2011 University of Notre Dame – South Bend, IN, USA (full time) Epee Fencing Coach - Coach of NCAA Division I Varsity Team Searched and recruited athletes domestically and internationally; recruited 10 students/athletes. Trained all athletes’ physical fitness, conditioning, reaction drills, and fencing skills. Planned operational, tactical, and strategic plans in coordination with colleagues. Analyzed and adjusted individual athletes’ training programs to fit goals. Maintained a high level of professionalism and ensured NCAA compliance throughout courses of work. March 2004 – December 2007 Brixton Fencing Club – London, UK (16h per week) Coach/Founder/Director of a non-profit organization dedicated to organizing, managing, budgeting and fund raising the youth intramural sports program that consisted of 150 students.

Key Team Results: Cambridge defeated Oxford in the Varsity Challenge in 1998/1999, 1999/2000, and 2000/2001, British University Students Association (BUSA) Fencing Champions 2001, 2002, and fencers won places in finals of BUSA individual competitions in 2000 and 2004, resulting in Cambridge having the highest number of fencers in the final eight of any university in the UK
