The cooperation required the fitness manager to focus on payroll, scheduling, development of staff, and hiring and firing members of the team.

The main purpose of the job was to maintain the fitness business of crunch fitness.

I managed multiple stores during my time with GNC. The three stores in the area were Odessa, Midland and Abiliene. Each store had its obsticals but understanding how to adapt to each location is a crucial part of my philosophy of being a mangager. I was able to complete stock inventory, work with employee’s schedule, and handle personal relationship within stores.

Soft Suds- Scrubber

The job was physically demanding but enjoyable. I was able to learn to work hard through the Texas heat. The job required adaptive skills and I was able to learn and perform those skills.

I completed a multitude of different task. I performed research as well as helped teach multiple psychology classes. I feel as though I have an exceptional understanding of relaying information and being able to teach the information to someone.

At workers choice, I ran the cashier, cleaned the store and worked with custimers. I was able to learn the information and help relay the information. I enjoy customer service however this job allowed me to come in and understand how to sell. It is understand what the customer wants and how to provide the information in a help and appropriate attitude.
