-Develops new system and application implementation plans and test procedures to ensure operational reliability.

-Updates the IT Contingency Plan and System Administration documentation as changes occur.

-Ensure that all Information Systems and services are configured in accordance with LIA and army policy, applicable SRG’s and STIG’s.

-Provide technical oversight of mandatory IT Contingency Plan exercises and network assessments in accordance with AR 500-3 and AR 25-2. Conduct After Action Reviews with the staff and edit supporting documentation to address deficiencies.
