Roles and Responsibilities

A- MEP Engineering :

- Fully in-charge of Electro-Mechanical Project.

- Project Start-Up.

- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, and Contract Drawings & BOQ.

- Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.

- Create a schedule of values and project logs.

- Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.

- Ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs).

- Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design) with Client/ Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.

-Determine all Project requirements (Technical and General).

-Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities’ regulations.
