1. Offer Making: This role was about to understand customer gear design and feasibility checks for hobbing operations. To determine various hob design parameters like OD, Hob Length, Material, Quality Class, Coating. 2. Hob Design : To design the Hob tooth profile by using special computational software to fulfill specific gear manufacturing requirements like Tooth tip chamfer, Root fillet radius, Involute start dia. & Root dia. 3. Cutting Analysis : To determine cutting parameters for hobbing like Speed, Feed for efficient manufacturing and best possible quality output. It includes calculation of chip thickness, scallop depth and cutting time required for hobbing.

4. To carryout various 5S activities for lean manufacturing. Project Details

Development of posture supporting lowerbody exoskeleton device. (Dec.2017-Apr.2018) Description: It is a device to support various seating positions on assembly line. It reduces stress and fatigue in workers body.
