WORK EXPERIENCE

Organization - Supertech Instrumentation Services Pvt Ltd. Project : Asian Paints Ltd.

Project Description : This was the startup project where erection and commissioning was performed. Several instruments were calibrated and installed in the plant. Role : Site Engineer.

Contribution :

Installation of Cable Tray, Air Header, Remote Input Output Panel.

Calibration of instruments.

Preparing and Maintaining of all documents.

Field Cable Laying.

Project Planning.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS

Academic Project Undertaken:

1. Herbal Juice Production Plant using Yokogawa Centum VP DCS: The aim was to interface herbal juice batch process plant with Yokogawa Centum VP DCS, so that better control strategies can be implemented. 2. Smart Herbal Juice Production through IIoT and Automation through Mitsubishi FX5U PLC:

The aim was to make batch process smart enough so that the whole plant operation can be done over internet and can be archive historical data by means of concept called IIOT

(Industrial Internet of Things). The automation of our batch process has done through FX5U Mitsubishi PLC.

3. Heart Beat Sensor:

The aim was to measure heartbeat based on blinking of LED’s. 4. Automatic Street Light Controller using Solar Tracker: The aim was to switch on or off the LED’s using switching circuit which consists of photo- conductive device whose resistance changes proportional to the extent of illumination.
