Review contractual documentations, operation

instructions, factory acceptance test (FAT),site

acceptance test (SAT), commissioning and start up

requirements which are required for dossiers,

engineering documentations, mechanical completion, Participate in project planning, scheduling, update commissioning and start up execution plan for plant. Supervise the preparation of commissioning and

energization procedures for, 33KV/11KV/6.6KV/3.3KV systems substation, transformers, switchgears,

capacitor banks, motors, cabling, emergency gensets, UPS battery, earthing & bonding etc

Review vendors licences, schedules and assignments for commissioning, test runs and start up activities. Supervise the testing contractors in carrying out trouble shooting and testing of wiring works, design changes, function test of HV and LV system.

Support HSE team through regular checks of work, verify that Job Hazard Analysis are identified, Permit To Work, LOTTO, and all other related precautionary and safety measures are implemented and enforced prior to start up of the plant.

shipload to offshore EPMI platforms in according to ESSO specifications and standards

To coordinate, liaise and assist the construction and commissioning and start up according to the standard Operating procedures and strict compliance.

Assist project and commissioning team in installation of new facilities and assist production team in

commissioning.

Perform daily supervision, inspection and monitoring of works and report any deviation and delays.

Perform calibration and testing of all E&I and Fire & Gas System in accordance to require standard.

Verify, maintain and highlight problems of overall Calibration reports.
