I coordinate and formulate production plan and execution. I assign workers to duties, like collection of table eggs, feeding, and other routines.

I monitor and evaluate working plan weekly and monthly to ascertain target met.

I improve and maintain laying rate of birds due to effective handling and management.

While managing poultry, mortality was reduced to 2.5% due to my understanding of poultry disease and etiology. Having human management and leadership skills coupled with technical support help me to meet every target set while motivating workers and assigning work at each worker's strength.

I train workers to understand and know the importance of each processes taken on farm.

I send reports and remarks to farm manager and CEO weekly, abreast them the status of farm and next scheduled plans.
