• Reviewed reports before sending them to sponsors and the board to ensure accurate and quality data.
• Created and reviewed Excel spreadsheets for the Accounting and Human Resource Departments to increase cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
• Partnered with the Embassy and the Congolese Ambassador to manage DRC visa applications.
• Built and refined a rubric for the Crispin Awards project as an incentive for Congolese non-governmental organizations to encourage ethical and sustainable business practices amongst local NGOs.
