Rehab Director/Treating LPTA / Century Rehabilitation - Mexia, TX 09/2017 - Current Provide daily physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Supervise all rehabilitation staff including therapists, therapist assistants and rehabilitation tech. Schedule patient treatments for all disciplines including daily treatments, evaluations, recertifications, supervisory visits and discharges. Plan and oversee weekly rehab meetings. Attend department head meetings, care plans, triple check and revenue meetings. Screen patients for any needed therapy intervention.
