Project: Al Ghanim Palace Project/ Wafra Road Project Job Designation: Acting as Project Manager January 2020-Present Managing and directing all project activities in Al Ghanim Palace project as well as all civil work in Wafra road project.

Al Ghanim Palace Project

Al Ghanim Palace Project is a historical building located in Dasman and it is composed of 3 Floor (600 m each). The aim of the project is to renovate the existing part and rebuild the demolished part.

The work consists of planning, managing, directing, executing and delivering all the activities of Al Ghanim Palace Project:

o Strengthening of existing wall foundation.

o Strengthening of Sea stone and mud brick wall.

o Construction of new sea stone and mud brick wall. o Renovation of old ceiling (Composed of Chandal Wood and Bamboo Sheet). o Installation of new superstructure ceiling with FRP profiles. o Installation of terrazzo and Ajor tiles.

o Installation and renovation of door and windows. o Installation of internal and external render lime based. o Installation of VRF system floor mounted units.

Wafra road project.

Project: Al Zor New Refinery Project

Job Designation: Project Engineer April 2016-January 2020 Project Engineer responsible of planning, supervising and delivering the Administration Building and the temporary facilities for the level 1 building according to all HSE and quality rules and regulation inside the New Refinery Project in Mina Al Zor. Level 1 Building is composed of 9 Buildings (Administration Building, Mosque, Cafeteria, Laboratory, CCR/OTS, Fire Station, Admin Carpark and Employee Carpark).

The work included:

Mobilization of temporary Site offices for level 1 Building:

• Installation of temporary access road: Consisted of planning and execution of temporary road. The objective of the installation of temporary road was to connect all the 9 buildings together with the site offices to the main Gate of the refinery.

• Installation of temporary Site offices: Consisted of designing, planning, installing and delivering the temporary site offices.

Administration Building:

The Administration Building consists of 6 floors (1800 m each), one basement (3000 m ) and an auditorium (400 m ).

• Geotechnical Work (for all admin building):

The work consists of planning, supervising and executing of piling works (using the CFA, bored pile method), dewatering works, excavation, compaction/ installation of blinding for pile cap, and installing of waterproofing membrane for all pile cap.

• Structural Work (for all admin building):

The work consists of planning and supervising the following works:

Fabrication and Installation of steel reinforcement and shuttering for raft foundation (3.5 m Depth), Column (rectangular and circular column), Retaining wall, Shaft, Slab & beams, staircase.

o The Cycle for each floor was 18 days:

a-1 day for all column.

b-4 days for all shafts & wall.

c-12 days for the slab.

d-1 day for inspection and casting the slab.

Installation of steel structure for auditorium roof.

• Finishing and architectural work:

Assigned for the finishing work of the basement, Level 2 and auditorium. The work consists of planning, following up and coordination between the MEP and Civil work. The work includes:

o All finishing type (floor, wall, ceiling, toilet, kitchen, bank reception, library and auditorium.

o All type of electrical, fire-fighting system, HVAC and IT works. o All type of aluminum partition, glass (Spider system), internal partition, circular door entrance, link bridge and atrium.

Assigned for landscaping work around the basement of the Administration building. The work consists of planning, coordination, communication with other contractors to install their underground facilities in order to proceed for landscaping works. The work includes; o All waterproofing works.
