Presently working with M/S JBF RAK LLC, U.A.E as a Mechanical Engineer in Utility department. Responsible for complete Utility service provided for plant having capacity 1100 MT/DAY, playing role as from Mechanical Maintenance & Operation side of chips plant from Jan’2011 to present.

Job profile: Perform engineering duties in planning, installation and commissioning of Mechanical Equipments such as Cooling Tower, Vapour Absorption Machine (VAM’S) OR Chillers, Effluent Treated Plant (E.T.P), Boilers. Operation and Maintenance of mechanical equipments such as heat, gas, water, and Steam systems ( Chillers, Boilers ), Cooling tower, Compressors, Pumps, Machines, Conveyors ( belts, rollers, disc), A.C and other mechanically functioning equipments.

Responsibilities and Profile:-

To ensure smooth running of plant in order to reduce breakdown and increase productivity.

To analyze root cause of the problems and eliminate them.

Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance of plant equipments.

Doing work with safety and issue permits like hot work permit, Height work permit, Work in confined space or vessel entry work, isolation work permit, Tag out permit (Mechanical,Process,Electrical,instrumentation).

Knowledge of P&ID & mech. Drawings.

Plan and execute regarding operations of plant.

Always ensure that all plant equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner.

Run plant smoothly in absence of Manager, Depty General Manager.

Preparation of Daily Work Progress Report.

Preparation of Daily Energy Analysis Report.

Preparation of Monthly Power Saving Report.

Preparation of Daily Equipments Reading Reports.

Execute daily Operation and Maintenance Schedule.

Monitoring of daily consumption with respect to daily Production.

Daily checking the Samples of Cooling Water, Chilled Water, Boiler Water and 3D Trasar unit.

Daily checking the T.B.C, P.H, Conductivity and T.D.S.

Checking of Gas leakages in a month as per schedule date by solution.

Checking of Instrument air in a month as per schedule date which is supply to Gas Turbines 40 MW by solution.

Routine checking of all plant equipment that are in service and in standby conditions.

Always ensure that standby equipment is readily available for service in case of any emergency.

Maintaining Critical Spares records.

Maintaining ISO 9001:2008 records.

Maintaining OSHAS and EMS records.

Worked with Nalco Team for purification of Water or water Treatment.

Guide the supervisor, Operators in start-up, shut downs and isolating plant equipment vital for maintenance.
