The primary responsibility is to manage incidents in telecom network.

Monitoring of Airtel’s Global infrastructure that includes Routers, Switches, Firewall, Session Border Controllers and Servers on 24 x 7 x 365 basis.

Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults in networks, liaising with third party suppliers and vendors, handling escalation through to resolution).
