- Pipeline Automation: Developed an ETL pipeline using Apache Airflow and Kubernetes to automate a complex machine-learning workflow. Built multiple microservices with a data-service layer abstraction to serve versioned data and persist trained models in a reproducible, scalable way.

- Relation Inference: Developing algorithms and analyzing data for hypothesis generation on a biological knowledge graph. Applying tensor- factorization, reinforcement learning and graph-convolutional-network models to perform knowledge base completion.
