EXPRESSION OF INTEREST/PRE-QUALIFICATION

Analyze Company’s qualification & capacity.

Decide whether to Quote in sole or JV.

Identification of JV partner in case of need of JV partner and finalize MoU/JV Agreement.

Co-coordinating with finance department for arranging DD towards the cost of the PQ document and thereafter procuring PQ document from the client

Preparation of Expression of Interest/PQ document and submission of the same to the Client.

Follow-up with client for pre-qualification and forwarding further clarification/information/ details if desired by client

Finalization of Consultant specially in case of EPC Projects.
