Learnt techniques of spectroscopic method & to Synthesis of VO2 nanoparticles by
hydrothermal process and characterized by these method including XRD, UV, TEM, PL & FL
(Photoluminescence and florescence
florescence), FT-IR. Using that making of Nano sensor by drop
casting on EDC (Electro Digitated Circuit) and did some electrical measurement of that sensor
to ambient humidity level by a source meter (Kethly-Source Meter). So did the low-

dimensional nanostructure and by using making of humidity sensor at VELLORE
