•Responsible to schedule organize, and to carry out preventive maintenance program effectively as per IHG&R standards &manufacturer guidelines. Organize and supervise maintenance working staff.

•Making monthly duty roaster, Energy conservation control, Fire Prevention, Life safety programs, and adjust the shift duties as per business demand.

•Get physically involved in projects but at the same time ensure that routine work is carried out in a timely and cost effective manner.

•Carry out instructions, work orders or assignments given out by the DOE/Chief Engineer. Supervise guest complaints as well as complaints from other departments regarding breakdown or malfunctioning of equipment associated with light, plumbing or machinery..

•Responsible for operation, maintenance of MV Switch gear MDP and electrical panels, Boilers, Pumps, Air Handling Units (AHU), Split units, Fan coil units (FCU), Cold freezer rooms, and Kitchen Laundry equipment’s etc.

•To ensure all maintenance work on a day to day basis is auctioned as appropriate.

•Monitor and operate all plant and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation. Reports any hazards, risks, accidents as required

•Ensures all directions are followed out at the request of any level of Senior Management.

•Ensuring the work requests in the Housekeeping/Engineering Log Book are actioned promptly, either by own action or referring work to other Engineering Team Members appropriately.

•Attending to maintenance request from all Departments in a timely manner, prioritizing work as outlined in Department Policy.

•Undertake any preventative maintenance tasks allocated under the preventative maintenance schedule.

•Perform daily Electrical Supervisor standing orders.

•Responsible for Control room consisting of following system, Circuitry Control Monitoring System (CCMS) for Switchgear, Building Management System (BMS) for Chiller Plants, AHU, Electric Heaters, Primary & Secondary Pumps and Exhaust Fans. Elevator Monitoring system ((EMS) for Monitoring the Guest Elevators System, Network Control System (NCS) for Monitoring Fire Alarming System etc.

•Take over from Saudi Binladin Construction Company all Laundry, Kitchen & Electrical equipment’s Sequence of Air handling units and Intec fans during fire alarm, Building management system, Guest rooms, and testing commissioning etc.

•Take over from Saudi Oger Construction Company in 2007 after the complete Renovation of royal floors, all Electromechanical, Control Systems, Room Management System Fire Alarm and testing & commissioning etc.

•Responsible for operation, maintenance and repairing of all aspects for 620Guest rooms With Three Royal Floor
