Key Responsibilities: - Designing the Pumping station for (Storm, sewer, fire, irrigation, Potable, TSE) for various location at Qatar and performing the Design review of MEP services. Key Responsibilities

Monitor work of Discipline Design Engineers and other tram design discipline to ensure design correctness and completeness as well as scope compliance. Overall responsibility for managing the MEP design process and technical compliance and professional interface with other tram in-house disciplines, to ensure the design rectification issues are solved

Manage all aspects with client, consultant, sub-contractors, and coordinate with the other tram engineering design departments to develop the design solution. Evaluate and endorse the variation orders/concession requests submitted to the client for approval, as well review and report to client all monthly reports Ensuring the MEP calculations are in right parameters to meet the MEP system function, in order to achieve required cooling loads, require power for the building, the firefighting equipment’s functions in the building etc.

Attending the regular meetings with the client to the production of the design submission and discuss about the coordinate issues facing at the project to find the solution Review the design drawing and ensure that drawings are compliance with QCDD & NFPA codes and standards and submit to QCDD for approval, as well ensure the other local Authority’s submissions are in line with the requirements, such as Kahramaa, Ashghal etc. Monitoring the design submission in line with agreed time schedule, reporting delays and recommending remedial actions and Coordinate with the different sub-contractor and achieving the design solution
