Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Monitor and supervise the sub-contractor (Etterkib) for the installation of equipment at BOP areas.

2.Supervise the installation and alignment of BOP equipment such as tanks, overhead cranes, monorails, pumps, fin fan air cooler, generators, etc,. (Direct team)

3.Erection and installation Chemical dosing and CCW expansion tanks.

4.Calculate coordinates for the elevation and positioning of equipment.

5.Review plans, checklist and technical specifications.

6.Evaluate and assess the quality of mechanical equipment work installation.

7.Ensure and prepare the required equipment and materials needed for complete installation for BOP.

8.Organize supervisors and technicians in order to have a proper coordination in the daily construction activities adherence to the site safety regulations. Prepare Permit To Work (PTW) and Job Safety Analysis ( JSA) as required especially in commisioning areas where Lockout Tagout (LOTO) is applied.

9.Report to Project Manager and immediate superior the updates of the project progress installation and technical issues.

10.Raised Request for Inspection (RFI) for both internal and external inspection of equipment installation/alignment and coordinate to Quality Control (QC) engineers (HEC) and client (CEEG) for acceptance.

11.Performing initial and final inspections on Overhead cranes and monorails prior to load testing with cordination to third party ENACT.

12.Coordinate with the commissioning team regarding some problems occur on testing stage.

13.Clearing of punch list items issued by client.

14.Supervision for sub-contractor’s work on the Field Erection Tanks (Raw water, Service water, Demineralized water, Fire water, Potable water and Fuel oil).

15.Gas Turbine erection (installation, Drop check, Turbine – Generator pre-alignment, ICL, MLI, combustion chamber erection, inlet ducts…)
