I am a great problem solver and I enjoy doing it. You could say I enjoy a bit of a challenge. I am exceedingly loyal and a great conversationalist, but very stern and unbiased when needing to be. I am bilingual, and am fluent in both English and Spanish. I get along well with others, whilst also working efficiently on my own. Pirates & Pals/Highway in the Sky/Ferrytale Wishes - Event Coordinator (Nov-2014 – Present) Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista
Coordinator role is a well-rounded position and great managerial experience. I prepare documents, collaborate with our amazing partners, guest satisfaction, and solve problems with cast members and guests. It is based in the convention center in the Contemporary Resort. Collaborations - I keep in contact with Watercraft, Entertainment, Custodial, and Catering to ensure the best experience for our guests.
Problem Solving - I diffuse guest/cast issues, and assure the guest have a smooth sailing. Scheduling - I schedule my Cast members, and assure fairness according to availability and seniority for all 3 events.
Leadership - I’m able to make take charge and make decisions, as needed, and in partnership with Entertainment, Transportation, Front Desk, and many more. I also direct the cast in order to secure an effortless Show, in both Catering and Entertainment. Reservations - I fix issues, modify, refund and book reservations accordingly. Computer Proficiency - I would use the following systems/programs on a daily basis: Axis TV, New Knowledge, A La Carte, AVAILE SE, LILO, MAXIMO/HotSOS, GEMS, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, and Lync.
Magical Gatherings/Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage - Super Greeter (Dec-2005 – Nov. 2014) Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista
Being a greeter at our event is more than the name implies. We do extensive paperwork, collaborations, guest interaction, and problem solving. It is based in the convention center in the Contemporary Resort.
● Paperwork/Preparations- We prepare seating assignments for our guest(s). Along with the paper work, we also prepare gifts for our guest(s) to keep as a reminder of their experience.
● Collaborations- We religiously collaborate with your surrounding teams and departments in order to ensure a great experience.
● Guest Interaction- We provide our guest with our previously prepared gifts. We then briefly explain to our guest about the event, along with their seating assignments.
● Problem Solving- We solve/handle any, and every, problem that may occur before, during or after our event.

Playhouse South - Event Coordinator (Dec-2019 – Present)
● Concessions - We serve our guests whatever we have available to make their experience as enjoyable as possible. Mainly serve popcorn, candy, water, soft drinks, beer & wine. Winter Garden Theater - Event Coordinator (Dec-2019 – Present)
● Ticketing - We check guests in with a mobile pad in order to assure the correct guests are allowed into the venue. We tell the usher the row and seat for a smooth transition.
● Floater – As a floater, we ensure every area has what they need. We also will be a stand in for any position that has not been filled, or any call outs that may have happened. Education
