Analyze Data to Plan and Design Projects

Spend a fair amount of time to analyze the project during the planning stage. Look at land survey reports, demographic information, local rules and regulations, etc.

Conduct Risk-Analysis for Each Project

The risk-analysis stage involves testing the real-world application of a theoretical design. It requires considering such things as construction costs and environmental impact.

Prepare and Submit Permits to Comply with Federal, State, and Local Regulations Every town and every state has its own regulations when it comes to permits for public properties. Proactively prepare and submit these documents to the proper departments.

Analyze Test Results of Construction Materials

Make sure all of the construction materials pass inspection and meet government regulations. This involves conducting tests on materials for quality assurance.

●Communicate on project progress, unusual concerns and plans.

●Ensure quality of work, environmental and safety aspects within the approved method

●Coordinate bills of material issuance and equipment’s for construction

●Support project manager and ensure timely reporting to him regarding all progress and requirements of project

●Organize and monitor the staff specialists, field works

● Coordinate with all sub-contractors engineers (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, Fire alarm, etc..) to ensure the smooth progress of the entire project

●Understand and implement project specifications effectively

●Commence project work from civil stage to commissioning
