First impressions of hardy were good and was excited to possibly turn this into a career. Unfortunately I was very with my dec and started to become unhappy.

Hardy decided to use victolic pipe for all the runs leaving only the risers through the 8 floors and air handler connections to be the only weld pipe to install for this job therefore a true fitter and welder are only temporarily needed, anybody íocks can install victolic gruv pipe. So I did the risers as well as I could, givin hardys almost impossible ways of managing and lack of material and tools. Eventually things happened that lead to disagreement and I was asked to leave. I honestly feel wronged in some ways and others agreed but being a right to work state they need no reason at all to let me go. Id much rather just have a job that I can call mine, one I can give my loyalty to. And grow with.

Finish/ checklist work completing the new Amazon bld, at 485 and Wilkinson Blvd, lots of plumbing detail and finish trim work like bathroom and lounge fixtures,toilets, ect. But also hws/r and chws/r as well as natural gas weld and skrew pipe. Really anything that had liquid or gas pressure we were responsible for until bld was passed over to Amazon and the job was completed. 3/2017-4/2019 CFI CAM-FUL INDUSTRIES, INC. Charlotte, NC Pipe Fitter/ Welder – Continued with the same duties performed when I was a temporary through TradeCo (see below). Moved away from fitting to welding and being the sole welder for the next 4 jobs; refining my stick welding skills, sometimes having to fit as well. As work slowed down I was Moved into the shop to prefab all pipe for Carrier temporary chillers before sent to job for easy quick assembly. MIG welding was predominant in the shop; unfortunately, I didnt use the mig welder much because I wanted to use this opportunity to practice my stick for field work. I have not gotten an opportunity to learn TIG welding, but am very willing to do so.
