Description of job Responsibilities as Project Engineer:
Monitored Access Network (Huawei/Ericsson/Alcatel/Motorola/WIMAX) Alarms over Terminal (OMCR/OSS).
Executed different management plans and coordinated with field teams and internal departments for on time support, work completion and to resolve internal issues regarding Power issue.
Coordinated with the regional team to perform health checks and ensure that routines for corrective maintenance (CM) and preventive maintenance (PM) are timely and precisely done.
Provided technical support to the field team regarding issuance and clearance of alarms.
Investigated reasons against Down sites and low voltage alarms by team.
Investigation of the alarms escalated by NOC and their rectification.
Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot issues with RSL reports.
Coordination with Senior NOC of MOBILINK to update of outages/alarms via emails/telephone.
Creating reports for Alarms handling.
Reported to & Managers Region-wise.
