Title: Replacement of Pumps, Motors & Diesel Engines, GASCO Ruwais, UAE Period: Oct’15-Jul’16

Description: 61 pumps and Motors were identified as part of replacement project and majority of existing pumps were as per API-610 and fitted with single mechanical seals. As the application of these pumps are HC, due to seal leaks hazardous vapor release to ambient condition increased. GASCO decided to replace the old pump with new pump and motor package with double mechanical seals, with latest international standards requirement Title: 150MW Early Power Plant Rumaila Oil Field, Iraq Period: Feb’15-Sep’15

Description: The Rumaila oil field is one of the largest oil fields in the world. It is located near Basra and about 20 miles from the Kuwaiti border in southern Iraq. The field was discovered by British Petroleum (BP) in 1953. Production began in 1972. The field contains oil at about 2,400m below the surface. More than 200 production wells are operating in the field. CPECC has entered into a contract with BP Iraq N.V. to undertake the engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and two years operation of the 150 MW Early Power Plant Project.

Description: This system was designed to transmit desalinated water from the Yanbu industrial area to Yanbu city, Rayyis and Madina with a capacity of 363,000 m /day. The project consists of four different groups of work: pipeline, stations, and reservoirs.

Description: Petronet LNG Terminal Project, located at Dahej in the state of Gujarat on the west coast, is to be expanded from its current receiving capacity of 10 mtpa to 15 mtpa.

Description: Petronet LNG Terminal Project is a Greenfield LNG Regasification terminal to be set at Puthuvypeen Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Kochi, Kerala. The Project involved setting up of 2 LNG Storage Tanks, each of 160,000 m3 storage capacity of full containment type for storing LNG and allied equipment for boil-off gas recovery, gas vaporization, transmission & unloading of LNG and Send out and Regasification Facilities suitable for handling 2.5 MMTPA of LNG along with the associated facilities; Offshore facilities including the jetty, berthing of LNG Tankers and other associated facilities required for all weather operations of LNG ships of nominal capacities ranging from 65,000 to 216,000 m3.
