01.Planning and procuring of all Engineering Spares related into Machinery parts, Electrical& Electronics Item,Compressor spares, General items, stationery, HouseKeeping materials.
02. Procuring Packing materials like Carton box,Glue,sleeve &Tape. 03. Planning & Procurement of PP Oils & Lubes, Chemicals related to Production and Lab.
04. Finalizing and procuring of Raw materials with proper approval. 05. Finalizing Annual Rate Contracts Fast Moving Consumables. 06.New Vendor creation and updation.
07. Material code creation as per category designed in ERP(Enterprise Management System) Maintaining Purchasing ACTIVITY as per SOP. 08.Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reports. 09. Co-ordination with parties for timely delivery of materials&Job work record to be maintains.
10. Sales Bill/Invoice/Challan making GRN forward to account department after verify 11. Physical stock taking and verification.
