1) NTPC & BGR ENERGY LIMITED 2 x 660MW THERMAL POWER PROJECT. 2) DOOSAN PROJECTS INDIA PVT.LTD & GMR CHHATTISGARH ENERGY PVT.LIMITED 2 x 685 MW THERMAL POWER PROJECT.

Currently working in RUHRPUMPEN INDIA PVT. LTD. as Field service engineer for service installations and overhauling of single and multistage centrifugal pumps.

Worked as Sr. Engineer Erection & Commissioning – Boiler(rotary equipment’s, boiler steel structure) in POWER MECH PROJECTS LIMITED under the clients DOOSAN POWER SYSTEMS INDIA PVT.LTD & BGR ENERGY LIMITED EPC projects of 2x685MW & 2*660MW Work area: - Boiler auxiliary APH, Coal Mills, Centrifugal & vertical single and multistage Pumps, ID fans, FD fans, PA fans, Coal Feeders, Seal Air fans, Scanner fans, Cooling water pipe lines, Soot Blowers, EOT hoist crane, MRS system, seal air piping Equipment’s and Boiler thermal insulation etc. Erection, commissioning & maintenance of its equipment.

1. Alignment work: - Alignment of Coal Mill motor to gearbox, pumps to motors, PA/FD/ID fan to motor, APH motor to gearbox alignment, Air motor installation. Alignment of PA/FD fans impeller with blade angle setting, Alignment of EOT hoist of 25T, 20T 16T, 8T, 4T capacity. Alignment of support bearing (Taper roller bearing) & guide bearing (roller bearing) of Air Pre-heater.

ID/FD/PA Fans :- Maintenance of Blades angle during shut down of plant, attained the oil leakage in lubrication unit & hydraulic unit, cleaning of oil filter, attained the leak of flue, air, gas on connected flanges of body.

PUMPS: - Overhauling of single and multistage centrifugal and vertical pumps, installation, maintaining elevations as per drawings, pre grouting checks, aligning of pumps w.r.t motors

& commissioning activities.

2. Air Pre-Heater (APH):- Assembling &maintenance of support & guide bearing, top up of oil in the gear box & bearing, maintenance of retractable soot blower at H.E & C.E & Air Tighten Test.

3. Coal Mill: - Erection of mills as per procedures, maintenance and overhauling of rollers, gear boxes, lubrication system and gate valves etc.

4. Seal Air Fan: - Maintenance of bearing assembly & inside impeller blade setting, cleaning etc. 5. EOT Hoist: - Maintenance of double girder & single girder cranes, replacement of motor, done the load test with third party approval.

6. Other works:

Preparation of monthly plan for site and client.

Coordination with client and solving critical problems of site.

Check of daily activities on site as per planning.

Checking of availability of drawings/materials /documents to ensure that work can proceed without interruption.

Inspection and clearance of FIT-UP, material verification & weld visual inspection.

Inspection of materials and welding consumables as per specification.

Check the stores consumables and plants machinery availability at site as per planning.

Prepare the erection welding schedule inspection and test plan and quality assurance plan.

Preparation of protocols for each & every activity.
