Producing construction Programs and critical path analysis for projects and Ensuring the works are carried out as per the projects specification & contracts.

Controlling quality, progress, cost and safety of work and Structural, Architectural, Infrastructural and MEP Coordination.

Advising admin departments for design changes and variations for cost savings. Training subordinates.

Implementing build ability reviews to reduce cost with value engineering and improve efficiency and following company quality management procedures.
