Actively participated in Rural Agricultural Work Experience Program (RAWEP, 2013). This involved working with farmers in field for learning various on farm technical operations. Here we also worked as extension agents for transferring modern technologies from research stations. Improved management practices such as soil and water conservation, nutrient management, pest and disease control post-harvest technologies were practiced in farmer’s field.
