Job Responsibilities:

To perform all daily activities regarding overall operational monitoring of respective field as per SOPs.

To ensure the availability of major standby equipment by following proper trial schedule.

To attend to emergencies like system failure, load throw, station blackout etc.

To monitor the system & operational parameters of the unit.

To ensure adherence to the safety, environment other statutory norms and safety of the people and unit through PTW system & strict compliance of SOPs.

Project: Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) Power Plant of M/s Sinoma Energy Conservation, China (13.5x7 MW).

Client: Heidelberg (Mycem) Cement Ltd.

Duration: 19 Month (June 2015 to Dec 2016)

Work Site: HCIL Narsinghgarh, (M.P)

Designation: Fabrication Engineer & Billing Engineer. Job Responsibilities:

Fabrication In-charge: Analysis and study of isometric diagram to make big MS Structure like H- Column, Portal, girder and also fabricated MS Duct. We make a Protocol of their fabricated Structure and Duct. This is a team work my responsibility to supervise both Staff & Worker.

Billing Engineer: As a billing engineer where my responsibility to make bill of Fabrication & Erection of boiler and also prepare a control sheet (Excel File).

Carry Out inspection of structural fabrication work according codes & structure.

Delegate and manage inspection for welding test, hydro test, smoke test and air leak test.

Performed inspection of piping fabrication work according codes and standard ASME.

Reconciliation of the materials of the Site every month.

Project: Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant of M/s ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd.

Duration: 18 Month (Jan 2017 to July 2018)

Work Site: M/s Shree Cement Ltd. Bangur Nagar, Beawar (Rajasthan)

Designation: Project Senior Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare initial project layouts according to project lead.

Planning & execute the work at floor.

Involved in Erection, fabrication & Commissioning of power plant (WHRB) activities all over India.

Steam Drum, Column erection, Header, Superheated, Economizer, Attemprator, IBD tank, CBD tank, Blow down tank erection using the drawing given by Design team.

Data Sheet preparation.

Equipment Sizing.

Preparation of BOM for piping, Ducting as well as MS Structure.

Preparation of GA and Layouts.

To carry out quality inspection and witnessing the testing of equipment.

To manage interfaces with other disciplines.

To prepare requisition for technical evaluation and disciplines material and equipment
