•Patient encounters for hospital, ER and urgent care follow-ups.
•Initiation and follow up treatment for depression, DM II, hypertension, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, chronic pain and osteoporosis.

•Acute adult patient encounters for array of illnesses including pneumonia, back pain, urinary tract infections, respiratory illnesses, gastroenterology skin infections, and ear infections.
•Acute pediatric patient encounter for array of illnesses including RSV, MSK disorders pain and injuries, urinary tract infections and other urological disorders, respiratory illnesses, gastroenterology, skin infections, pharyngitis and ear infections.
•Interpretation of diagnostic testing including lab results, X-rays and EKGs.
•Preforms Minor office procedures, including wound care incision and drainages, wart removal and skin biopsies.
