Construction work knowledge and accomplishments

• Accomplished in Civil and Structural works from Formation level to Handing Over - Deep foundation bored piles, earthworks, shoring (secant piles, sheet piles), shallow foundations (raft, spread footings, isolated and strip footings), steel reinforced concrete, structural steel works, post tensioned beam and slab, hollow core slab, precast concrete, table forms, different waterproofing system.

• Petronas Refinery Utilities and Offsite Includes Steam Generation Unit, Air Systems, Water Systems, Cooling Water Unit, EICS & ICSS, HV Substations, Interconnecting Pipe Rack, Wastewater Treating, and a large size campus area with Administration Building, Training Center, Laboratory, Central Control Room, and dozens of refinery support buildings for security, operations and maintenance.

• Infrastructure & Undergrounds – HDPE water intake cooling system, Monsoon drain and other common facilities. Spun pile piling works, excavation, backfilling, earthworks for Chemical Resin Plant. Road Asphalt and Concrete paving, Flood control, Underground Utility services and Storm water drainage.

• Architectural Finishes – curtain wall, aluminum and glazing works, glass reinforced concrete (GRC), stone wall cladding, dry wall cladding and false ceiling works, ceramic and marble tiling, terrazzo tiling, clay roof tiles, block works, joinery works, interior and exterior paint system, epoxy paint system, interlock paving works, swimming pool works, automated roll up doors, Elevator works.

• Oil Terminal Plant- Installation of Shell bottom loading skid for tanker lorry fueling, Tank farm pipe sleepers, Maximize loading/unloading fuel oil, Modification of Ron 95 shelter & foundation, Rerouting underground to above ground oil piping, Steel structure erection.
