OBJECTIVE

Seeking a position that will prove to utilize my skills as well as refine and challenge me on new levels in a company that can provide a strong basis for a long-term career as a Drafter/ Designer.

QUALIFICATIONS

I attended ITT Technical Institute and earned my Associate’s Degree in AutoCAD. I applied my education by designing the sites of communication towers as well as the communication towers for a year. I further made use of my knowledge and experience by becoming efficient in drafting/designing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs of commercial, residential, schools, churches, shopping strip centers, hospitals, and chilling unit structures to be built/renovated as well as training new employees on the use of drafting software and an efficient procedure to track and maintain drawing revisions. After being down-sized, I explored other areas of the work force until I could work in the drafting field again. I made use of my knowledge and experience by becoming efficient in drafting the Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical designs of renovated and newly constructed buildings located on the NASA Johnson Space Center site, as well as training Design Engineers on the use of drafting software.
