SME (Reimbursement Process) :
Worked with Salary, Travel & Absence reimbursement process.
In the salary process the extra & special payments are for Doctors, Nurses, Gp’s & Locums. In Travel process reimbursement of miles and expenses incurred. In Absence process, employee’s Sickness, Annual leave, Special leave etc were reimbursed.
Achieved daily 100 % efficiency with 99.9% quality.
Had a good understanding of the reimbursement process and hence was selected as the subject matter expert for that process.
Trainer :
Was appointed as Trainer due to the quick grasping in process, since then was the trainer for the Reimbursement process.
All the documents related to training, scores of new joiners, ramp up data & assessment was the part of my role.
Shift Anchor (Assistant to Team Lead):
For my remarkable contribution towards my team and always passionate about new learnings I was certified by Internal training program called “Gurukul” wherein I was trained as how to lead a team and have implemented the same in my team.
Managed team of 10 -15 members.
As a shift Anchor, I was responsible for Allocation, Targets, SLA’s, Count sheets, Efficiency, Query database, Monthly reports, Attendance data, Leave data etc.
Regular interaction with clients like resolving Queries on calls/Skype, this reduces the turnaround time and also reduces re-work.
Was a part of Daily conference call with UK counterparts along with management.
Appreciation from UK for smoothly handling the responsibility of managing new trust and ensuring timely delivery.
As I had good interaction with team, I was Active member of Fun Zone Committee wherein I designed and executed creative activity for a team to help improve productivity moral like Fun Fridays, celebrating different festivals, events like Valentine Day, Friendship Day etc.
