RESPONSIBILITY

Planning, Operation, Trouble shooting & Maintenance of Equipments.

Preparing Schedule for the Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance and Lubrication schedule

Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and repairs

Preparing Shut down maintenance schedule

Plan, delegate and supervise jobs assigned to maintenance team

Responsible for continuous, safe and efficient operation of the plant

Inspection of the manufacturing parts at the vendor’s site.

Improve routine, extraordinary, and turnaround maintenance and equipment inspections, spare parts availability and similar activities

Prepare purchase requisitions for the maintenance department

Maintain equipments log history

Prepare and submit monthly reports as per company guidelines

Preparing cost calculations, comparison statement for products.

Erection & commissioning Supervision.

WORKING EXPERIENCE

1) Organization : Shri Sakthi Papers India Pvt Ltd - Sathyamangalam.

Duration : From April 2018 – Till Date

Designation : Asst.Manager -Mechanical.

Plant Capacity :100 TPD Duplex Board Manufacturing. .

Job Responsibilities : In-charge of Mechanical Department and site in-charge of Plant Project. Involved in entire part of Paper machine and Pulp mill Erection of this 100 TPD Duplex Board Manufacturing Paper Plant.

2) Organization : Supreme Coated Board Mills Pvt Ltd –Unit-II – Sivakasi.

Duration : From August 2016 -March 2018

Designation : Junior Manager - Mechanical(Project Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance.)

Plant Capacity : 300 TPD Duplex Board Manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities : Involved in entire part of Paper machine and Pulp mill Erection and Successful Commissioning of this New 300 TPD Duplex Board Manufacturing Paper Plant. Site activities of Systems / Sub Systems related to the Construction / Erection / Commissioning of Different types of Rolls, Mechanical Drives, Gear boxes, Motor, Alignment,Head box, Cutting Machines, Rewinders, Pumps, Pressure Screens, Pulpers, Disc filters, Dispersers installation. Water, Pulp, COL System and Steam lines erection as per P&ID.

3) Organization : Karur KCP Packkagings Pvt Ltd - Pollachi

Duration : From May 2014 - July 2016

Designation : Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance.

Plant Capacity : 1) 120 TPD Sack Kraft Paper Manufacturing Unit -I.

2) 60 TPD Sack Kraft Paper Manufacturing Unit- II.

Job Responsibilities : Plant supervision, work distributing and proper instruction to Jr. Engineers,, Down time Analysis, Preventive and Breakdown maintenance, Troubleshooting, Maintain routine inspection schedule, Modification works for improving quality and production., Material indenting of consumable items and daily inspection of inward materials, Precautions for extended shutdown works.

4) Organization : Venkraft paper Mills Pvt Ltd – Unit-II - Hosur

Duration : From June 2011 – March 2014
