Everyday stock & sales report checking compare the current cost with previous cost based on the current currency rate.

Negotiate with the supplier to reduce the current cost. Show the report to higher officials to get the final approval to confirm the order with supplier.

Prepare the formal purchase order. Check the supplier invoice to ensure all the item is as per our purchase order.

Receive the material in our system. Inform the department to check the quality of the material.

Inform the department to check the Quality and Expiry date.

Keep the stock minimum Quantity on hand par level.

Issue the items from the store FIFO format.

Submit the all invoices to Accounts and check the payment status for the supplier.

Sending inquiries to local and international suppliers.

Negotiation with the suppliers for better prices.

Comparing various prices to choose cheapest price with better Quality and delivery period.

Preparing System Purchase Orders checking the invoices to ensure they match with the placed orders.

Co-ordination with the inventory people to receive the material into stock.

Physically checking the material. Searching for new source to get the material on time, best brand as well as good price in the market.
