JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Follow up Enquiry from ship owners/Vessels(provisions & bonded stores) and also Quotation Preparation on the same day.

Accurate response of inquiries and other forms of marine services required by local and international customers, companies, ship captains, ship owners and agents.

Evaluating customer’s requirements through proper and accurate quotations. Purchase Order, Sales Order, Delivery note, Tax Invoice & Packing list preparation Recheck, analyze and correct the quotation if required, before sending the final quotation to clients.

Sending inquiries for prevailing actual market price and availability considering the quality of the product required for non-stock items. Responsible for sending acceptable quotes as per present market situations. Acknowledgement upon receipt of orders and arrange stores, negotiates with local dealers to attain best prices and reliability. Logistics - Sending and arranging local purchase orders (LPO) and delivery transactions to keep all required items be delivered on time without delays. QA/QC – Inspection and quality assurance of all stock and non-stock items with regards to quantity, quality, expiry and packing details, labels origin with the conformance of the rules and regulation of the government and health ministry prior to arrangement for supply.

Co-ordinate with store, Logistics, accounts, suppliers for smooth delivery Coordinate with local agents, port offices and other related parties involve through proper coordination considering vessel’s ETA, ETB and ETD to avoid delay of supply to the vessel.

Printing and preparation of Delivery Receipts, Cash & Credit Invoices and all necessary messages applicable for stores deliveries. PERSONAL DETAILS
