I would like to introduce myself as an applicant for the Custodian position with the District School Board of Niagara. Since owning my own cleaning business, I believe that my knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures makes me a great candidate for this position.

I am a very quick learner and work well with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment. I can receive instructions and follow through with a positive attitude. Being self motivated, I am able to set effective priorities and achieve goals. I enjoy a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Having the home cleaning business really showed me the importance of keeping a clean house and a clean environment for my family. I am eager to apply my knowledge in a school setting and help keep a cleaner environment for the children, especially given the current health situation we find ourselves in.
