Responsible for the manufacturing assets consisting of offset and digital printing equipment for this world class printer, #2 in their respective market leading up the acquisition by QuadGraphics. Drove operational excellence through predictive maintenance technologies focusing on vibration, thermal and oil tribology leading to a 12% increase in uptime.
Designed and installed the companies first digital to bound initiative consisting of climate controlled facility, network and server assets, printing and binding equipment allowing the company to take a text book directly from the file to an individual book; a first in the industry.
