PROJECT: People Finder, Reader’s Choice Application, Literature server (APR 2020 – TILL DATE)

The People Finder application helps HPE employee to do internal search of employee details, Reader’s choice helps to send bulk emails within the organization which runs as a SSIS scheduled jobs and Literature server is an external application which serves HP user to upload and maintain PDF documents about HPE’s services. The technologies used are .NET, JAVA, SSIS ETL tools

ROLE : Sr. Application Support engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onsite Team lead, Coordinating an offshore team of Developers and testers in Malaysia and India

Implementing Error handlings for the existing applications.

Developing Health status web pages for checking the health of the existing application.

Creating Technical documents for the existing application of HPE by analyzing the code.

Check the tickets in Service Now for my application’s AG Group and ensure resolution within defined SLA.

It Uses Splunk for performance monitoring. Events are received from Rabbit MQ. Post man is used to validate the Rest service. Azure Apigee is used for securing the URL calls.

ROLE : Senior Programmer Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
