Senior Design, Ship Hull Inspection Drone Aug 2020-Present

Worked in a team of 5 senior ME students alongside a company sponsor

Adapted a drone currently used to inspect airplanes to withstand the harsh environmental effects of being at sea.

Designed a tether system to be used to catch the drone in case it loses contact with the side of the ship hull.

Implemented a local positioning system so the drone can determine its precise location.

Currently designing a working prototype to present to Lockheed Martin.

Collaborated with a team of 5 engineers to design Front Row Furniture for Boeing 777-900.

Used modeling software, NX, to model interior of commercial planes.

Designed, and implemented 150 + individual parts and assemblies.

Modeled parts made of sheet metal, plastic molding, and composite material.

Led a project tasked to design trim for all monuments in the plane.

Participated in design reviews, stand-up meetings, and facility tours.
