Marathon Oil and Fidelity Oil request for my presents when running Packers Plus tools, because these companies feel I have the best knowledge of Packers Plus tools and operating procedures. Company consultants often call me with technical questions with the well and or questions about our operations even when I am not on that specific locations.

I train and supervisor junior filed operators and junior engineers on Packers Plus operations and procedures. I demonstrate professionalism on and off work locations and continue to educate myself on work procedures. I have ran new tools/systems on new oil formations with successful completions.
