Approval: Musanada Approval as Mechanical Inspector. Responsibilities:

• Supervise the mechanical work installation in Infrastructure, Buildings and Irrigation System which includes internal and external work such as: Service corridor, storm water, HVAC system, water supply, water drainage, firefighting, pump stations, piping, water tanks and lifts.

• Review contract documents include specifications, contract, approved shop drawings, materials, and method statements.

• Inspect construction site, including temporary works to ensure compliance with approved shop drawing, methods and contract requirements.

• Review and monitor in timely manner, each Contractor proposed construction equipment and manpower histogram and advice Company of any shortage.

• Supervised site construction activities and inspection by conducting site visits.to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings, and report any deviations to Construction Manager.

• Regular visits to Contractor’s stores to make sure that all storage, handling and preservation activities are carried as per the manufacturer recommendations.

• Review weekly and monthly reports.

• Participate in reviewing change requests as submitted by Contractors and report to Construction Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Prepared and Responsible for incoming materials inspection with client representative.

• Before consultant inspection, conducting internal inspections for MEP works and reporting to concern project engineers for rectification of works.

Responsibilities:
