Planning and coordination for Specialist Contractor’s works in Healthcare projects by ensuring relevant provisions are made within MEP infrastructure for the installation of Medical Equipment’s, Modular Operation theaters, Clean rooms, Isolation rooms, ICUs, Medical Gas plant, Pneumatic tube system & etc.

Manage and guide the Testing, commissioning, balancing and performance verification process to ensure the intended performances are achieved.

Contractual Management for design changes, progress delays and proposes mitigation

/ acceleration plans and as well analyzes to ascertain EOT or Penalty.

Coordination with Commercial team to ensure project expenses and cash flow are inline with budget and also to expedite progressive invoices & Variation certifications.

Organize the handing over process with all close out documents are signed off including T & C reports, As built layouts, O & M Manuals, De snagging reports, Final invoice and etc to obtain Taking over certificate.
