RESEARCH PROJECTS

• Ivy League Equals High Starting Salary: Investigated in the importance of graduating from an Ivy League school. Collected data, and created multiple linear regressions using many variables. Found out that graduating from Ivy League schools does not necessarily equal higher pay, degrees also were as important.

• Does Trade Explain Inequality: Collected literature and made an argument against President Trump on his trade policies, and his fixation on the trade balance. Argued that globalization, technology are the main reasons for inequality here in the USA.

• The Effect of Iodine Consumption on GDP: Collected literature and survey data from the UN. Ran models using fixed effects, and found a very weak relationship between iodized salt consumption and GDP.
