Main Activities and Responsibilities

Incharge of Supervising the Calibration and servicing of pressure safety valves at Processing Platforms.

To review and Supervise the calibration of psv with variable set presure by Pressure gauges .

Final inspection with Ongc instrument engg on set pressure and leak test of psv.

Delegate with riggers for psv work installation on site and track daily progress, daily material consumption and man hour. Delegate with riggers and technician to prepare 3 weeks look ahead plan for material, consumable items, tools and manpower.

Conducting Task for dismantling and Installation of psv, safety measures, risk assessment, inspection and test plan as per method.

Preparing and follow up all submittals for site inspection, material inspection and mock up inspection ensuring work has been completed adhering to project quality.

Going on well head platforms with instrument team of ongc regarding instrument job pt,ft replacement and connections of tubings from well to the shutdown panel.
