JOB RESPONSIPILITIES:

Monitoring production facilities and participates in operating all production facilities to desired output levels Assumes responsibility for assigned area..

Unit Start up, PSSR Walk down, Punch list Clearance, SAT, MRT, etc

Have regular checks off all equipment and unit to ensure that they are functioning correctly in accordance with standard operation procedure.

Checking and recording the plant Log Sheet each and every day a variety of readings such as Oil and Gas Flow, Temperature and Pressure.

Commissioning and pre-commissioning hydro test, leak test punch list, Vessel N2 purging ect..

Starting, Checking and Stopping Pumps locally according to instructions or in case of emergency.

Collecting Oil and Produced Water Samples to measure the Water Cut in oil and Pass the samples to the laboratory for analysis as like BS&W.

Reporting Daily Shift Activities to Supervisor

Routine changeover of running equipments and proper housekeeping

PIG launching and receiving.

Pump start up, Vessels Interface checking, FCV, TCV, LCV, PCV Stock checking & Functional test.

Oil, Gas and Water pipe line Pig Launching and Pig Receiving operation. Handling varies type of pigs. And Injection of various types of chemicals to oil and water pipe lines.

Chemical Handled:

Demulsifier, HOT OIL(high thermic fluid), oil line corrosion inhibitor, gas line corrosion inhibitor,Biocide,antifoam,Mono Ethylene Glycol,DRA.

CONTROL SYSTEM:

Handling of all types of control system. Pneumatic controls, SCADA systems, distribute control system (DCS). All control valves like LCV, FCV, and TCV

And remote operated valves (ROV), and gas detectors. All solenoid valve operations and pilot operated safety valve, field’s local systems. All transmitters like level transmitter, pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, and temperature transmitter.

FIRE AND GAS EQUIPMENTS:

H2S Safety, Fire safety, using crow can gas tester (CH4, H2S), fire Extinguisher (Foam, DCP & CO2) using in fire classification, fusible plug operation, and deluge valve operation, firewater pump operation. Breathing Apparatus, Safety Jacket, Gas detector. Smoke detector, heat detector operation, H2S deduction, fixed monitoring system, electronic monitors, tube detector.
