I am Submitting my resume for the post of Jr. Sous Chef in your prestigious organisation. My expertise comes from the Kitchen as well as the classroom. I hold a degree in Bachelors in Science in Hospitality and hotel administration and tourism. In addition to various internship trainings in various 5 star hotels and catering establishments, I have been a Kitchen Management Trainee in THE PARK, NEW DELHI ( 5 star boutique hotel) batch 2018-2020.
In the management trainee programme I went through extensive hands on training in the live pizzeria, live egg counters, Garde - manger,contemporary indian cuisine including tandoor, continental section. I am currently the Kitchen Executive of the banquet kitchen handling and managing the same & assisting the Senior Sous Chefs and Executive Chef for indenting, purchase, portion control, Menu planning, recipe development coordinating with banquet sales for meeting guest demands. I am responsible for meeting my banquet kitchen budgets and achieving the targets in consonance with the organisation goals. Looking forward for a formal interview.
